Our story

Flowtex Energy was formally established in Texas in 2015 and is headquartered in Austin. We operate as an independent oil and gas producer focused exclusively on domestic assets. Today, Flowtex manages a growing portfolio of more than 60 producing wells across Texas and has delivered measurable production revenue to partners continuously since inception.

We are not a single-project vehicle. We are an operating company with active production, infrastructure, and long-term asset development. Our business is built on repeatability — not promotion. We apply disciplined asset selection, structured development practices, and active operational oversight to every project we undertake.

Energy development along the Gulf Coast is regional, generational, and operationally familiar to our team. From proven fields in Southeast Texas to strategic acquisitions across the state, our strategy has remained consistent: acquire or develop assets where infrastructure, geology, and operational depth already exist.

What we do

We engage experienced geoscientists and utilize advanced 3D seismic imaging to evaluate drilling prospects and reduce geological uncertainty. Through the application of Paradise machine-learning analysis tools, Flowtex has achieved a documented 90% success rate in drilling producing wells.

We develop new opportunities in producing oil fields and rework existing wells to improve and increase production. Our focus is on probability, process, and execution — not speculative exploration.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, we serve as the Managing Venturer for all joint ventures and focus on the exploration, development, and acquisition of domestic oil and gas reserves.

Licensed by the State of Texas Railroad Commission, we maintain structured reporting protocols and documentation standards to ensure full transparency and accountability with our partners.
